Let us hear back when you're sit'n along side the road waiting for someone to change your tire.......from the posts that are made on this forum, you'd better have a sack full of green stuff.......and a motel close by.....cause you'll be at the mercy of the repair station......and you get to pay for it forever!......and lets compare fuel bills after 4 cross country trips.....

Was curious as I watched a guy mess with it quite a bit getting his unhooked and out of the way.

Griz

Maybe 5 min at outside for how we are set up. Including getting things out and putting things back.

Jeep is quick to get in/out of tow mode and Air Force One is very quick to connect.

Depends on coach, ours is more than enough.

How about sitting alongside the road in New Mexico without cell coverage and your truck break down to the point the engine won't run. It 104 and no shade and you have your wife and 5-year-old granddaughter with you. You walk up to the crest of the hill to get cell coverage but tow truck is 1 1/2 to 2 hours away. You granddaughter and wife start show signs of heat exhaustion with no way to get cool. You end up calling 911 but by the time that ambulance gets there you granddaughter needs IV for fluids and spends the night in the hospital. Ture story happened to a friend.

With our coach, we would wait in our toad with the AC on or sent them on to find someplace with AC.

My dash air good to somewhere between 95 and 100 degrees, above that I have turn on at least one roof air. It says in my Onan generator manual that you will use less fuel by running your generator and roof air while traveling rather than running the dash air.

I would think he wasn't prepared for driv'n in those conditions.......no bottled water in the hot southwest is ask.n for a problem......another reason for hav'n 2 ways for 'get'n out'........cell phone with two different carriers...

I carry a 3500 watt genny in the truck bed when I travel in summer. Works good for overnighting along the way in summer. Emergencies too.
