Well... we've more or less settled on the flooring. Home 'de Pot has dropped the price on the Samsung RF18 to just under a grand. And the Ultraleather has been identified (Handy Sheet on Closet Wall)

So with that out of the way I went to see Jesse at Palacios. Nice guy. Had a good looking '48 Ford getting upholstery done. They have a nice garage, a little tricky to get to with some pretty good speed bumps along the way. Closets will be empty so there's that.

Will see another shop next week and finally meet Dave Mattson at Always RV in Mesa.

As for RV Renovators here in Mesa I can give them a two thumbs up. I came in Sunday night to have some paint work done. Steve the painter has done an excellent job. Have just a couple small Aqua Hot issues to take care of while I'm here and I will be on my way in a couple days. These guys are definitely on my list of go to shops.

Family owned for 35 years or so and Monte the owner is around all the time, very hands on. Great guy he will take care of you or see that you are taken care of.

Decided to give Palacios Upholstery RV & Tops the nod. Jesse is as described ^^^ great guy and I feel like this is the kind of place my dad would have taken his 30 Ford Panel.
And the shop is definitely kept the way his garage was.

Walking into the shop the other day the floor was largely wide open. Today I opened the door to this...

So they've got that going for them...

and quality workmanship from what I've seen. The Prevost was getting reupholstery work and Newell getting leather work. Flooring wasn't underway to observe.
