If you wanted to go 37’, I’d say a Foretravel fs450. Most would consider it a step above something like a New Aire.

So one of the absolute best driving very well made coaches were the 2001-2009 Alpine Coach 34. From 2003 on they were built with the Cummins 400ISL and these are real "Hot Rods" and are referred to as the BMW of Motorhomes.
The quality of the cabinetry and fit and finish were some of the best in their day on par with Beaver, Monaco and while not quite Foretravel they were damn close...... the 34's are in high demand and have a wheel longer wheelbase than most of the shorter coaches so ride much better than today's "Short" class A's.
Ask anyone who has driven an Alpine and they will most likely tell you that it was the best driving coach they have ever driven
Good luck with your search!

Tiffin Breeze hands down. At 32’ it’s the shortest production pusher. It’s far better appointed and optioned than a 33’ RED and isn’t gas like the 32SA. I have a 2012 and take it everywhere, including thru downtown Manhattan to my wife’s office.

High-end class As start at $400-500k, so I'm not quite sure what you are looking for. High- end or less than $300k.
Tiffin sells an Allegro Bus 35, but MSRP is over $550k.
We have an Allegro Bus 37AP, and it is very easy to drive. I can get into and out of some very small places.

new is fine, it's the length that is the issue, we want basically a 32 foot newell :-)

i can reduce it to this ; we want a 32 foot newell which doesn't exist so what's the closest without being longer and not going down to an airstream atlas B+? that's nice but only 24 feet. cheers!
