Oh boy, am I embarrassed. I'm a former English teacher, and I forgot one of the most basic rules of English. "When one has a compound word (hen & weigh), and one of the words is a member of the poultry family (hen) then the first and last three letters are silent." So the correct punctuation is "enwi". My humble apologies.

This looks like a locking bar to lock your slide out ( if you have one) Look on your side wall and on your slide out there should be some ready drilled hole to fit this bar in there to lock it when driving.

Is it a stabelizer bar to hold the slide room stable while it is pulled in? Most of them is inserted between the room lip and body, and it stops any vibration while you are driving down the road. Normally there is one for small slides and two for the larger slides.
