I think they are Eaton brand switches.

X Series sealed rocker switch for vehicle and marine applications

Looks like my 2009 Tiffin panel. They are Carling switches but you can't get them anymore. You might be able to rework them, some people have.

What BFlinn181 suggested looks very similar so might work.

I am going to change mine to an LED since I have several lights out. Dewey Thrash at Positron can get you the whole panel in LED for about $68 and $17 shipping. You also need a step-down regulator to limit the panel to no more than 12 volts but the whole thing is easy to do I understand, simple disconnect connectors and plug in new. I figured it was cheaper to buy the LED panel than to buy individual switches since there are so many on that panel.
