Aqua Hot 450 Fan Motor Runs Continuously
I made the mistake of shutting down the Aqua Hot during the cool down cycle, as we were preparing to leave the RV park to fill up our diesel tank.
Now the fan runs continuously regardless of whether the switch in or off. I have tried to recycle the system by turning the switches on and turning the thermostat high enough to light up the diesel burner, once the set temperature was reached the burner shut down but cool down cycle continues to run after the 3 minute period at which time it should have shut down.
The annunciator panel shows no malfunctions, does anyone have any idea how I might shut this down and perhaps reboot the system?
I am in DC and as a last resort will head to MD to a Certified AH repair facility.
Thanks
Howard

Recommend you call AH tomorrow ... their techs are good about over-the-phone diagnostics and assistance. Sorry - don't have the number handy ...
Let us know what results ... thanks

Did you do a reset on the main panel? Grab a paper clip and put it in the reset hole, it should solve your problem.

FYI, also there are no fans in the actually Aqua Hot Cabinet. If your referring to the fan(s) on your heat exchangers, then you need to turn your power off to get them to shut down and reset. Each of your registers have one of these fans.

Aqua Hot 450 Fan Motor Runs Continuously
I will try the reboot paperclip process.
And no I am talking about the fan inside the burner running continuously, not the fans inside the coach.
Thanks for the feedback.

If the reboot with the paper clip does not work pull all the 12v fuses for the Aquahot system and leave out for a minute.

Has to be a fan. Clears residual gasses out of exhaust system, before and after ignition.

He would be hearing the circulation pumps continuing to run. They will continue to do so until there is no longer a demand, and/or until the system cools down. There is no cooling fan associated with the burner.

Aqua Hot 450 Fan Motor Runs Continuously
There is a fan in the webasto burner that is in the cabinet. This fan provides the combustion air and continues to run about 1-2 minutes after burner shuts down to continue to clear the gases from the burner.
As to why it is running continuously not sure unless the Webasto controller has failed. This controller is attached to the Webasto burner. Might want to remove the plugs and re-attach.
Attached is a generic picture of the burner with the controller circled.

Unplug the controller, wait 60 seconds and then plug in again

Aqua Hot 450 Fan Motor Runs Continuously
Guys thanks for the responses. I tried the paper clip reboot to no effect. I will next unplug the controller and wait for a minute or so and reconnect to see if that cures the issue
I am scheduled next Thursday to go into Annapolis RV Service and have the Aquahot servied, I expect to at least need the nozzle, diesel filter and low antifreeze sensor replaced, I have that function jumpered and I check the coolant level daily.
I am prepared to replace the controller if necessary. The previous owner had a minor service done about 14 months ago, which didn't resolve his issues. He next went to a certified Aquahot repair facility and had the unit entirely rebuilt. So we shall see what the folks at Annapolis RV find. They are also a certified Aquahot service center. They seem to be nice folks but they have mixed reviews online. I will give you all a report on them after we are done.

The controller is approx $800.
There are two models......
one regular and one is digital.
Make sure you get the digital one.
I was told I needed a new controller, bought one,
then told I needed a whole new unit, I kept the
new controller and have actually used it for an
emergency in someone elses coach for 24 hours.
