Aqua Hot Check Valve Replacement

I have a 2015 Aqua Hot 400LP system. The system supplies hot water but the 2 zone heating system has never been used. Zone 1 is working fine but there is no flow in One 2. I have tapped on the check valve and checked the pump which is vibrating. The check valve is hot but the line after the valve prior to the pump is cold so I have concluded that it must be a bad valve. Can anyone confirm or tell me the best way to replace it?

First, I think you're on the right track.

Are the green lights on for both zone 2 and pump 2 on the controller panel? If yes, I would give a pretty good tap to the check valve to try and jar it loose before replacing it.

You will have to drain the system to replace it.

Also, the pumps can fail.

Thank you. All lights are green and on. I will try more tapping. Ordered a valve just in case.
