There is a ton of information out there on these type of devices. There should be a label on your unit that shows the model number. Google the troubleshooting instructions for that model. Those instructions should lead you to the problem and then you can decide whether you want to fix it or have it repaired.
If the combustion chamber exhaust fan is coming on, but the burner is not firing, then either you don't have fuel, don't have fuel in the proper amount, or don't have ignition of the fuel. The troubleshooting guide will help you figure that out.
Although they seem complicated, hydronic heaters like these are really a series of pretty simple systems hooked together. If you know how to turn a wrench, read a multimeter, and don't mind standing on your head to get to the device, then you can figure this out and fix it yourself.
