Are Bounder & Newmar parts interchangeable?

We have a 2001 Bounder and we need some windows, light fixtures, etc. I found a 1999 Newmar for 'parts.' The motor is not an issue yet they both have a Ford 6.8L v-10 gas motor. Would the Newmar basement doors, slide parts, etc. be interchangeable? Thanks a bunch!

No way. Completely different coaches built by different companies. It would be like asking if a Chrysler door would fit a Chevy. Not to say some of the component parts might be sourced from the same vendors. Particularly chassis parts. You might find a faucet fits either rig or a radio or that sort of thing. But coachwork - no.

Specific body parts would not be interchangeable.

Some components may be, a lot depends on the hierarchy of the coaches in there manufacture line up. Here are some examples of what might be compatible.

Water heater
Water pump
Toilet
Fresh, Grey, Black tanks
Possibly some electrical components
Possibly some drive drain components.

Driver and Co-pilot would be interchangeable! But body parts, not so much!

Thanks. The Newmar was in an accident & the cost is 1195 plus 700 towing. I was hoping more parts could have been used.

Interchangeable, maybe, maybe not, but it wouldn't hurt to measure, and won't cost you anything other than travel expenses and time. You'll never know without checking. And I've seen some interesting examples of things that fit multiple vehicles that I wouldn't have thought fit. Light fixtures would probably work, and some of the windows may also be common between the 2 of them. I'd take a look if I were you.
