Auto Transfer Switch not transferring

Hi all. New to the group. I have a 2019 Thor Aria 3901 and my Surge Guard model 40350RVC stopped working. I parked it back at home after getting it state inspected and plugged it to 50 amp shore power and nothing. So i started the generator to see if that would cause a transfer and it attempted but did not pull in the contactor. House power and feed cable checked out ok. Generator power checked also good. Both red lights on the Surge Guard are on as they should be. My unit does not come equipped with the optional 40299 Remote LCD Display. I also verified the inverter is working properly. So tell me if I am wrong but I believe the problem is not with the transfer switch but something else. Where should I look next? There is an orange phone line type cable on the right side of the unit. Anybody know where that goes to? Thanks

I'm not positive but the orange cable may go to your Firefly G6 panel. It is under the sink in the rear bath. I also have no idea if it will help, but I would try resetting the firefly system by removing 12V power to it for 60 seconds. This can be done by unhooking the batteries, but it has also worked for me just using the battery switch by the front door. Let me know if this helps at all.
