Automatic winterizing option 2001 Itasca Horizon

I have a 2001 1KP36CD Itasca Horizon with an optional automatic winterizing option 53Q that retails for $413.00. There are 2 red switches below the fridge that light up red when you switch them on. One switch is labeled auto winterize and the other auto bypass. I called Winnebago and know one has a clue as how it works! Does anyone have any knowledge on how to operate this system? There is nothing in the owners manual about it. Thanks Gregg

What actually happens when you flip the switches? Could be that one causes the ice maker to cycle (without the painful waiting for the thing to cycle on its own time) and the other is just a shutoff to the valve for the icemaker? Just guesses.

When I get the time, I will be adding electric solenoids to most of the fresh water systems to auto winterize.
I did this years ago on my home's irrigation system. Just connect air, go to the home automation system's webpage and click a touchscreen button and all the zones are cycled and air is switched on / off by an air solenoid. Orchestrated by the automation controller.
