Reminders? Yep, they do help.
My reminder is a "round ID badge neck lanyard" that are used for those meetings when everyone want to make sure everyone else knows your name.
When I park I place it through it's own loop on the top of the steering wheel and let it hang down. Anything will do, like a yellow ribbon tied to the top. It reminds me to retract the jacks, disconnect the electric and if the key for the ignition is not near the satellite dish - it is a second reminder for that.
For those crank-up antenna's when I didn't have a dish on the top I hung the key ring on the crank-up handle. When I retrieve that ignition key, satellite dish is on its way down or the crank up is down before I walked away. (Don't have a crank-up anymore.)
Also, near my EMS which also houses the controls for the slides is a check list. Before we move we go over the check list. That is usually right after DW comes back inside after her walk around and checking all of our lights. She goes to the back and I turn the turn signals, press the brake, turn on the head lights and as she is walking back and then to the front to check the other lights she also checks the bay doors to make sure they are closed tight and locked. (electronic locks so not a big problem there.)
Yep, reminders are good, so isn't the DW.
OH, yes, twice that door awning was out as we pulled away but fortunately we caught it before leaving the CG, again DW.
Hey, has anyone forgot to get there driver side window awning in? I haven't yet.
