We have a Gulf Stream Sun Voyager, 2006. The awning motor has stopped rolling the awning in. It still makes a noise but no oomf. Dometic Part No: 3307923115
We have found one for sale on Ebay by Boat and RV Accessories in the US, though they don't post to the UK..
Has anyone had a similar issue and found someone in the UK who can refurbish it? Really annoying as we are selling the RV and it's always worked...until now!!

I would first check the electrical connections to make sure you are getting good voltage to the motor.
My Carefree awning was doing the same thing and I redid the plug connector and that solved the problem, that was ~6 years ago.
