Awning Treatment

The awnings on my 1997 Damon Ultrasport rv (main and window) are old and have faded and at the top, started to degrade from weather and sunlight. Before deciding to replace them, I got on the internet and found Awning Rejuvanation systems (awningtreatment.com). they make a variety of products, but the ones I got were the vinyl cleaner, perma-seal coating and the vinyl seal. I first cleaned them with the cleaner, applied the coating (in my awning color) to the top 6 or 7 inches then put two coats of sealer over everything. I could have done the whole job with a quart of each, but got a gallon of the sealer. Two coats of the sealer are supposed to last a year. the entire job took a couple of hours and has done wonders for the appearance of all of my vinyl. Highly recommend thes company's product to anyone who wants to protect their awnings.

The key will be how long they last. Please keep us posted.
