Hi! Are you are asking how to fish out wiring from tight spaces a long ways down?
Welcome to my world as an electrical mechanic in Aviation!
If this is what you are asking, there are lots of ways. Start easy.
How large is the hole the cable fell down? If you can fit a "grabber" or a coat hanger bent just right to fish it out that would be a quick way.

Last resort you may have to cut an inspection hole, then cover with maybe an electrical access plate. Try not to cut to deep with electrical and who knows what else behind wall. Good luck

Fall down into what wall, where at?
Is it 6 or 8 feet down, or just 30 inches down?

On my MH there is a 3-4 inch hollow space across the whole back. The indentation for the rear window stopped the camera wire from dropping too far. However out of sight. I was able to remove a rear side marker light and see up into where it was hanging. coat hanger and a flashlight from above and a second person looking into the tiny window provided by the side marker light opening and directing my fishing worked out OK.

Piece of cake with this tool and the hook attachment. Under twenty bucks and you will find all kinds of uses for.

Walmart sells one in the As Seen On TV aisle for 30$. I have one and love it.
If I'm in similar situations as the OP where I am working in tight or cramped areas where I could easily lose things, as a general practice, I will usually tie my wire/cable ends to some long length of string so that just in case it falls through I can pull it right back up.
