Backup Camera

I have a 2014 Thor ACE. My backup camera stopped going on automatically when I put the rig in reverse.
I can turn it manually and it goes automatically when I turn on the 4 way hazards. The side view cameras go on automatically when I use the turn signals.

I'm thinking it's a loose wire or sensor but I have no idea where to look.

First check to see if your backup lights come on when trans is in reverse. If it does then trace the monitor trigger wiring in the dash, each lead should be labeled. Look for the backup trigger lead and see if it is loose.

If the BU lights don't light up in reverse then check fuse and trans R switch.

You might take this opportunity to convert your rear camera to on any time the ignition key is on; this allows you to monitor your hitch/tow bar and what is happening to your towed, as well as see what is behind your MH.
