Basement air conditioning radiator cleaning

Looking for the best way to clean the radiator in my basement air conditioner it appears it is partially plugged from Cottonwood

We had a basement air in our Itasca and had cottonwood partially clog the condenser coils. I used a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment, which pulled out 95% of it, then washed it with a hose.

It's called a condenser not radiator. You can use one of these cleaners. When rinsing off direct the water straight in not on an angle, the fins bend easy.
