Basement door lock tumblers

Can the door lock tumblers be changed on basement door locks mine are fic type locks. Would like to change so use se key as others

Might be cheaper to replace all your compartment locks with one of these: Amazon
If you wish to go keyless:RV Compartment Locks, RV Cam Locks, RV Door Locks

I would be afraid of snow/ice causing that style of lock to freeze the locking mechanism and make it hard/impossible to turn the dials. I know most don't travel in winter weather but last Sept we ran in to snow a couple of times on our way out to Utah. Also, road grime as you drive might foul the dials.
