Basement Storage slide out shelves

Does anyone have any photos, plans, or advise on adding some slide out shelves in your basement storage. Its difficult to get access to the storage compartments under the slides. The doors don't open as wide and you have to crawl under them to get access to your stuff. I am looking for someone to post some pics of their efforts to resolve this. i.e. how did you attach them, where to get full extention draw slides that will hold substantial weight. I would like to add some of these in the spring. I'm not that old, but crawling under the slide is a PIA. And secondly, how do you know how much weight your compartment will hold? I want to add a tool box mounted on a sliding shelf, but as you know, tools get heavy fast and dont want to see my tool box and tools rolling down the highway right after I hit a bump.
Looking forward to your replies.

Our MOHO came with a pass thru slide already installed in a bay. It is the version sold by PPL Motorhomes, out of Texas. I took control of it right away!
Have a 5 drawer tool box, and a LOT of power tools bhind it, and it seems to hold the weight fine. I have used it over a year, and traveled many miles, narry so much as a problem...This model slide is cheaper than CW, but, you have to supply your own wood flooring material, still, a nice addition...they come in several widths, as well as lenght, check 'em out...

You can make a rack or shelves out of PVC to any size you want...that's what I did in my through bay that did not have a slide in it.

Link to PPL basement slide tray page, it has some photos.
Here's an iRV2 post showing a type of basement slide tray.

After looking at whats available such as Kwikee, MORglyde, I guess I am looking for some ideas for a homemade slide out shelf. I am handy at building, but not designing. So I was hoping to not reinvent the wheel. The price is awfully high on those pre-made slides. The Kwikee wasn't too bad because you provide your own plywood as the shelf. Does anyone have some photos and some info of what they made?
