Battery compartment door

I am a new owner of a 2005 Travel Supreme 42' MH. My batteries are dead and I can not get in the battery compartment to replace or jump ( locked and no key ). Is it best to replace the door or try to get a locksmith to replace the lock?

I would call a locksmith usually the can punch or drill out the cylinder and then install new. Shouldn’t take them but a few minutes

I would get a locksmith or someone with lock picking ability to replace the lock? I think once it was opened replacing the lock would be easy.

The doors by themselves cost a pretty penny. You don't want to have to replace one.

I don't know what the locks look like but I'm sure a locksmith can open it easily. If you're in a hurry, I bet it could be drilled out, just the keyhole and tumblers, and then turned with a screwdriver to open. If it can wait, you might see about getting a key from a dealer or the manufacturer.
