Main Switch: Shuts start batteries off, these are used when storing the coach over long periods (months)
There is a connection between the chassis and house batteries, that is when the "Battery Boost" switch is pushed. This is in case the chassis batteries die, you're able to "jump" the battery yourself.
Engine alternator charges both sets of batteries. Some are set where the house batteries are fully charged, then fully charge the chassis batteries.
