Battery disconnect switch problem.

I own a 2004newmar kountry star class a gas motorhome and we came home from a trip and I plugged my Rv into my hydro and when I put the battery disconnect switch to store function nothing happened it was dead and no indicator light came on.I put the switch to use function and it worked fine.I know I have 120v coming to the Rv and my house batteries are good.I checked all the fuses and circuit breakers in the back fuse panel and all of the fuses in the fuse panel on the fron dash of my Rv,in front of the steering wheel.I did notice today that when I held the disconnect switch in store function down the power came on but when I let it go it went dead.What else can I check to see why the switch does not work on the store function.

Ok , there is no need to turn the battery disconnect off if you're on shore power.
If it did disconnect the batteries wouldn't charge. .

That may be the issue.
There are several systems discussed in this pdf from Newmar . There is a troubleshooting section for the disconnect solenoid, close to the end.

Store is only needed to store the RV without shore power.

As long as you have shore power, leave it in USE, otherwise nothing will work.
