Battery isolator - 1999 Gulfstream Sun Voyager 8362 Bus
I have a 99 Gulfstream Diesel pusher and am installing lithium batteries (originally had 2 LA and then upgraded to 4 LA na now putting in either 4 or 6 Battle Born lithium) and have heard that they can cause the alternator to burn up. From what I have seen, I need to replace or install and isolator (or dc to dc charger). Does anyone know if these had a isolator installed ( I know I need a special lithium isolator). Thanks.
