Battery issue
We have a 2008 Tiffin Phaeton we had all new batteries installed in April 2021.
.
We are getting a message when we turn the Motorhome on and that message says low voltage.
Any ideas what is wrong?

The batteries are dead.
Could be a number of reasons. Start with is the converter charging. Does the voltage go up when you start the engine.
Then look at connections, fuses, and vampire draw,

You will get a low voltage light when you turn the key on.
Once the engine is running, that light will remain on while the engine warms up for 30 seconds or so.
The engine has intake air heaters that draw more amps then the alternator can output.
If the light remains on after a minute, and the shore cord and generator are off, you may have a failing alternator or belt.

If the engine starts, the batteries are not dead.

Are you sure they installed the right size chassis battery's? In my model, I have two 1000cca chassis battery's. I have never ever seen a low voltage indication. Even in cold weather, when it takes longer to get thru the pre-heat. You didn't state your engine size, but I would expect your battery's to be close in size. If they are sized correctly, then its time to do some investigation. You should not be getting a low voltage warning if the battery's are charged.

Don't all the lights come on, oil, air, temp, etc.? They should, it's a bulb check to show you if any are burned out. They should go out as the engine reaches normal operating parameters.

Yes, they do, then extinguish after 5, 6 or 7 seconds(?).

Twinboat has the correct answer, IMO. That is a normal message upon start up due to the heating grid. If the engine starts easily and the lamp goes out in a few seconds, you have a normal operation.
