Battery over charging

2007 Gulfstream Crescendo DP.
Started out this morning and got ABS warning light and battery was charging approx 18vdc. At idle alarms went away. I'm assuming the voltage regulator but thought I'd check here.

The two items may not be related ; but alternator voltage regulator would be my fist guess too .
Most likely internal to the alternator , do you have any brand info on the alternator ?
Chassis manufacturer info for you coach would be a help too.

If memory serves , Gulfstream was one of the manufacturers using the Workhorse diesel pusher chassis .

Nearly all alternators have a voltage regulator that may be replaced by itself.
