Bent pads on leveling jacks

We stayed at Amarillo KOA Journey, 1100 Folsom Rd, Amarillo, TX 79108 last week. Granted, they had a lot of rain, but the campsite where they planted us had unstable ground... My coach leveling jacks sunk about 6" into the ground and bent them a lot. The ground was so unstable that the drive axle tires sunk about 3 inches also.
Anyway, the leveling jack "shoes" are bent a lot.

Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
Thank you so much for your advice!
Bill

Ouch!! Yes......measure the pad dimensions and shape (mine were 9" round) and contact the jack manufacture (in my case Lippert) for replacment jack pad(s). They are generally attached with a bolt which may be removed with a socket or allen wrench.

You might also consider putting wood blocks under your jack pads in the future.

Yes, many, many people have. On soft ground the jack pushes the center down while the edges stay up.

It most likely is this one: https://store.lci1.com/9in-foot-pad-...emblies-324269

We had 3 of 4 bent upon delivery from the dealer and all were replaced under warranty but they were not that bad. I never even noticed until I went to add RV SnapPads and they wouldn't fit. The SnapPad folks said that Lippert did a "redesign" around 2018 and people started experiencing bent jack feet.

SnapPads add about 1" underneath the jack feet and ours have never bent since. Plus I rarely have to deal with mud and going underneath anymore.

These are the ones that fit our 9" Lippert jack feet in that link above: https://rvsnappad.com/products/xtra-4-pack

Take em off. Lay em upside down on a hard surface. Straighten em with a hammer and reinstall. Use wood blocks under the jacks.

If this is a common problem, I know a few min in the welding shop would get me pads that will not bend! DR
