I like this one. I am expecting to only need to boost the pressure when it falls under the desired minimum so it starts at a fairly high pressure.

Just started to use the Porter Cable model C2002 150psi 6 gallon pancake compressor for our 22.5 inch tires. Seems to work just fine.

My Vote...Kobalt 1.5-HP 3-Gallon 155-PSI 120-Volt Hot Dog Portable Electric Air Compressor

Shop Kobalt 1.5-HP 3-Gallon 155-PSI 120-Volt Hot Dog Portable Electric Air Compressor at Lowes.com

Fits nicely in storage bay, front console for easy access, quiet, plenty of air pressure for tires/cleaning, fast recovery, etc. Air hose from Harbor Freight to reach all tires/roof, without moving compressor.

Just purchased a Craftsman Air Boss compressor. 110v, 135psi, 1.2 gallon compressor with 2 outlets. 1 outlet regulated and the other direct from the tank. The price was right and it's very compact. The noise level is claimed to be 73db but I have to say it sounds louder than that to me. It's tolerable but you won't be able to converse easily standing next to it. I am very happy with it's operation. I let 10lbs. of air out of my tire testing it and then pumped it back up, and it only took a few seconds to get it back up to pressure. I paid $129, I saw it for $119 about an hours drive from here, and for $99 a couple hours drive away.

This is what I use as well. It works great at topping off the tires when needed.
