Best Motorhome Winter Cover

Hello All,

Well, getting to be that time again. The dreaded winter storage. This year is gonna be a little different for us. We lost our indoor storage to a higher bidder.....long story....and will be storing our 36 FT Winnebago Journey outside in our driveway with snow, wind, rain, sleet, etc.

I've been searching for a good cover. A cover that will do the job intended for a few years if not more and not cost me what indoor storage costs.

I have experience with pool covers. I have bough top of the line 10 year warranty covers only to have them fail as fast as a 3 year warranty cover.

So I figured I'd start here. Many of you probably have been down this path before. Your experience, as always, will be greatly appreciated.

I would nver use a cover. I would buy a RV port first.

It's money better spent. In the long run.

Three years ago I purchased the Adco cover. It’s held up well. I punched a couple of small holes in the top clearing some snow and ice off the first year so I repaired them using high quality tape. As you can see, the RV is pretty close to the house so a solid structure just wouldn’t work well. I figure if I can get 5 years it will be worth it. Seems like I paid about $500.

I don't know if it has changed, but typically Camping World puts all of it covers on sale in October. I'm not a CW fan, but usually their price was pretty good.

Get one of the better Adco covers and save the receipt. They will usually replace it once under warranty.
