Had one put on our 2018 coachman freelander 26ds last year.
Went with the basic system when they had a sale. .
Bought system, made appt for a Friday morning to have them install. Planned a weekend getaway in the same area at shipshewana.
Drove out to their facility Thursday night and spent the night. They have a electric hookup.
Woke up Friday morning early to the sounds of them opening the buildings.
They have a restaurant within walking distance. Had a bite to eat and got a phone call in a couple hours that the rig was ready. They gave a rundown of the system and very receptive of any questions.
Haven't had a problem with the system at all. I bought the system without the built in leveling. System does a good job of getting level close. I then use the manual settings to tweak it.
Works great and customer service is top notch.
We have one on a 2004 Georgie Boy Cruise Master that we have owned since new. It's the one with 4 separate pumps and only had 2 issues ever. Customer service was helpful.
