Black holding tank heating pad coming loose

black holding tank heating pad coming loose on my Hurricane. Has anyone found a solution, Glue or tape to repair. I don't want to replace them $$$ There must be some type of adhesive to fix this problem. I see this problem on many 2014 and 2015 motor homes and trailers. It is the leading edge of the pad that is coming loose. I fear if not fixed soon it will only get worse and come completely off.
