Black stains

We have a 2002 Avatar by Jayco and the white sides have black streaks that
I do not seem to be able to remove.
What is the best product to remove them without harming the decals, paint or gelcoat

You may want to try a claybar.

My wife did some spray painting in the garage next to our cars...that was when I discovered claybars. Took the spray paint off completely without damaging the original car paint.
