Blind spot camera not working

The passenger blind spot camera has stopped working on my 2014 Phaeton. It worked fine and then while loading the coach at night, I ran into the mirror where the camera is mounted, several times. Now when I hit the right turn signal the camera shows a very distorted static filled image. The image is so bad it's of no value. I must have a loose connection behind that camera.

1.) Has anyone had experience working on these cameras.

2.). Have you had a similar ptoblem. Was it repair or replace?

Thanks for your help.

I might be late, but I found that when that happens to me, I shut the coach down via battery disconnect and start the system back up, it comes back to life. Mine has a history of going out when on really bad roads.
