Hi,

We just purchased a Winnebago Vista 27PE. Would like to view DVD's on any of the TV's, bedroom, living area and external. No factory installed DVD/bluray player except in the Dashboard radio head. AV cabinet above the entry door with 12 volt hookup and one HDMI that appears to be run to the TV over dinette.

Tried searching forum without much luck.

Any ideas?

You are probably going to to need to route cables to each T.V..
Probably more cost effective to just but 2 more small DVD or BluRay players

You can buy Sony BluRay players at Costco for $50.00 each and probably the simplest way to go. If you want to just use one, you have a couple of options. You'll need to run an HDMI cable to a powered HDMI splitter. These are pretty cheap to buy on Amazon ($35.00). The hard part....you'll then need to buy three HDMI cables and run them form the splitter to the three TV's......which will be difficult if you have TV's in a slide or hard to reach place.

The last option is a remote HDMI source. They make wireless remote units that will send your BluRay signal from the player to the TV. Even though it's wireless, you have to plug the two remotes in to 110 power. You connect the HDMI cable from the BluRay player into the remote (sending unit) which is powered by 100 volts and then plug the TV HDMI cable into the remote (receiving unit) plugged into 110 power near the TV.

If you decide you would like to actually run cables, you can buy long lengths of HDMI cables online. They have to be premade, you can add the ends on afterwards.

Cheap and simple is to have a player for each TV, IMHO.

I like the idea of going wireless, but in the interest of simplicity I believe I will go the player for each tv route.

Wireless so be $150 per TV plus splitter and cables.
Not the most reliable eithet
