Bob Hurley RV Tulsa OK

We hit a piece of tire in the road outside of Tulsa. Didn't know we did damage until getting to the RV park. Looks like an insurance claim. Aside from some body work, the steps are bent and stuck in, and the door won't latch although nothing obvious seems out of line with it. Luckily there is an RV dealer, Bob Hurley RV, right across the street and they agreed to take a look tomorrow (Saturday) morning. Anyone familiar with the service department at this dealer? Thanks.

Thanks. Makes me feel a little better. They certainly were nice about fitting us in on a Saturday morning. Now here's hoping.

Hope all works out and they get you back on the road. They have replaced our steps because they remained deployed and would not retract (drove home from Nashville like that) and they realigned our door due to misalignment as well.
Let us know how they work out for you.

Not positive, but I'll bet they are the guys that helped us out 10 years ago. We pulled into a park in OKC, deployed the jacks & blew a hydraulic line. The place in Tulsa was a recommended warranty center. We called, were told to bring the coach right in. They provided a place to park (with hook-ups as I remember) got right to it the next morning. Done by noon. I was more than surprised & impressed by all of this. The service writer explained that they felt it best to help travelers in need to keep them happy with the RV experience. Sitting & waiting for a couple of weeks is not going to fuel a continuance of the lifestyle.

Bob Hurley RV was great. Nicest people ever. They got our steps straightened out and the door working again. I wish they were close enough to become our go to dealer. I recommend them to everyone.
