It's the drain valve in the bottom of the tank. Don't crank is loose hard all at once; it's about 125psi.

Back home and managed with no braking system on toad. In total, we put 4,000 miles on the Pace after the braking system failed. Honestly, I didn't notice a whole lot of difference towing the Jeep with no additional braking. Then again, Im pretty cautious when driving.

Took the Pace to the dealer that installed the system. They found the problem in 5 minutes. It was a relay at the back of the motorhome. So the main components, compressor, proportional valve etc are fine.

Thanks to everyone who provided input to fix this problem. I don't know where the relay goes but I did see it so will know what to look for if there are more issues.
