Bright white light
Does anyone know why 5th wheels have those big bright white lights on the outside wall? I hate it when someone camped around me has one of those things on.

Toyhaulers have them to help set up camp, work on bikes at night, etc. Most folks with toyhaulers don't camp in developed campgrounds, but out in the desert, etc.

We have four of them, two come standard and we ordered 2 extra. Very seldom use them.

I have 4 docking lights that came standard,I guess they would annoy my neighbors if left on.

I have one on the rear left quarter of my Bounder. It has come in handy a time or two when hooking up utilities after dark. But there have been several times recently where neighbors leave theirs on all night. It was very annoying and I was planning to mention it to them but fortunately they left the next day. Another fiver near us left his running lites on all nite. I thought it was an accident but he turned them off during the day and back on each nite.

We had a huge RV parked next to us at Wal-Mart that had all 4 spotlights on all night and running the generator also. Don't see the need as the parking lot was already lite.

You hit the nail on the head . I am always surprised at how many people are afraid of stuff at night. Must be a terrible way to live.
