Broken down
My 2013 Tiffin 32CA F-53 Ford V 10 slowly died out on me yesterday [SAT 14] on I-40 near Mocksville NC. It started with a tremor and noise I could not Id. Pulled over to check for possible flat tires on coach and toad. Situation further worsened as power died away. I limped into a Campers Inn and found no chassis support there. So it is sitting there awaiting help. Should I call emergency repair or does it sound like a towing to shop if one can be found? Thanks

Is the engine still able to crank over and try to start?
Do you have a road service plan such as Coach Net?
Since you had noises and vibrations most likely something failed. Do you at least check fluids and look around to see if there is an obvious failure?
You may be able to get a local shop tomorrow to send someone t at least give you a "look see".

Was it raining ? Some V10s fill the air filter with water and collapse them.

And that can also destroy the engine.

It was definitely engine related. It will crank but then has no power. I had filled up[46 gal] about a hundred miles away. The way it acted was like it was losing fuel flow. If I let up on the throttle at speed it would stop sputtering, but the second load was applied it faltered. It will crank but only moves very, very slowly. I called a roadside service to start a dialogue of availability. Any experience with Interstate Fleet services?

No service plan other than insurance roadside towing. I saw no sign of leakages or any gauges out of parameters.

I wonder if it's fuel quality or fuel delivery related. You can usually rent (borrow) a fuel pressure gauge set at the auto parts stores, does the V-10 have a schrader valve on the fuel rail?

If it ran great until your fuel stop, you might have gotten water in the fuel. I’d drain and change the fuel filter, then add a water treatment to your fuel tank. Hopefully a cheap fix.

Call Coach net and see if you can get an instant plan with a 3 year subscription. There towing plan is generally unlimited to the nearest qualified facility. They also offer tech assistance and can get you other services when needed.
As this is happening just after a fuel fill maybe bad fuel. Are you sure you didn't pump
Diesel? Maybe just the fuel pump failed.
Are you at least in a safe place? Is the generator working? That would rule out bad fuel.

drygas. no need to drain. the fuel pump is in the gas tank and tank must be dropped to replace. rule that out with pressure gauge on fuel rail.

That slow to turn over when attempting to start is quite concerning.

Based on your description, the first thing you need to do is replace the fuel filter. That's most likely causing your loss of power under load. When that's being done a fuel sample can be taken and tested for water content. Most likely that fuel you bought had some type of sediment in it causing the filter to clog.
If the replacement filter clears up your problem, find the closest Ford Heavy Truck dealer and have the fuel system flushed clean.

That would be a lot of sediment. If that is the case then the tank would need to be dropped to service the filter before the pump. Back to fuel pressure confirmation and testing. I'm thinking that this person is going to need technical assistance.
And hopefully the "slow" cranking is mostly due to the battery being run down. They should start the generator and use the boost function to get more cranking power.

I think the OP means it will start but only drive very slowly. There is a lot of confusion with the meanings of "crank", "turn over" and "start". It's surprising how a lot of people say it "cranks" or "turns over" thinking that means it is running.
