Hmmm, 5 kids. As the father of 4 I submit that they would have given you the service for free to get the kids out of the waiting area. Just kidding. Thanks from the report. Service like that deserves a whole bunch of at-a-boys.

Glad you got it fixed and back to your adventure.

As Dunner said, please report this shop on RV Service Reviews so that others who need service can find reliable, honest service shops. This helps us all. It also helps to report bad or dishonest shops. I use the site all the time. Safe travels.

Sorry for your troubles, the follow up was great. What a great shop, with good honest people. I will get their phone number and have it with me on my trip in August to Bradenton. Thanks for posting. Safe travels.

HNA, thank you so much for taking the time to "close" your thread by explaining the solution to your problem as well as who fixed it for you.
So many folks post on RV sites with problems, get suggestions/solutions and vanish into thin air never having the courtesy to inform those that took the time to help what the solution turned out to be. This is a bit of a pet peeve for me as I consider that behavior rather rude.
I know all those that responded to you are grateful for the solution you provided as well as the excellent service you received in correcting it.
