bulkhead repair

I am looking at purchasing a 98 Foretravel U270. I am told by Motorhomes of Texas it is at Foretravel getting a bulkhead repair. If it is being repaired at the Foretravel factory, how concerned should I be?

spelling error

Ok, so the e-mail I got from MOT which said "Buck Head" repair should have read "bulkhead" repair. I tried to change the post title, but no luck. Sorry for the mistake. I have corrected the message. Please respond if you have an opinion.

Having owned a U320SE and got service at the factory, it was outstanding. I would ask why the repair?
'92 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager. Tweaked 5.9 Cummins, complete interior makeover (previous owner).
