A couple light bulbs burnt out but everything and I mean everything else checks out....... On repairs from inspection. A new water pump, exhaust manifold, alternator and other minor items.....

Looks like you found a great coach.
If you feel comfortable would you mind elaborating on the inspection? If not, would you PM when you get a chance? I'm just wondering how much and what they looked at. The report would be awesome as well. The water pump, exhaust manifold, alternator and the other items could come up to quite a bill if you are having someone do it. Are you doing these items? Just trying to get a good handle on my own pre-purchase plan for next year. I appreciate anything you're willing to share.
Thanks.
