Buzzing - whistling noise in bedroom speakers

Has anyone experienced this noise coming from their speakers? I can have the volume turned all the way down and even turn the bedroom speakers off and still get the feedback.

When i shut the head unit completely down is the only time i can get it to go away completely.

Thoughts?

Hmmm. Seems like a simple fix with a simple cheap filter. Problem is taking the head unit out to install.

Here’s my fear with that. I currently have a squeak free coach. As soon as i start taking the dash apart to get behind the head unit my guess is i trade a hum in the speakers for a annoying squeak in the dash.

Any kind of filters that splice into the speaker wires that you know of?

If you have two pieces of equipment that are both plugged in you may be producing a ground loop. Trying to decide a way to lift one grounds and see if it goes away.
