I can't find them anywhere. Could anyone steer me in the right direction to where I can find filters to fit this, or are there suppose to be hoses hook to this and connecting to something else?

There is no cabin air filter that comes with a Workhorse chassis. Damon chose the dash A/C system aft of the compressor. Evans-Tempcon is one of several makes of dash A/C components. Once you determine what system Damon chose, you MAY be able to determine IF there ever was a "cabin" air filter, but those were certainly not common on RVs back then.
