Cabinet modification in 1999 SeaBreeze 1310

We have a Coffeemaker machine installed over our table that we would like to replace with an Air Fryer. There is a 'connector' open shelf between the 2 cabinets that we need to take out and hopefully install lower to support the Air Fryer.

We were able to take out the CoffeeMaker but the shelf won't budge. I can't find any screws or nails and light hammering does not do anything.

Any suggestions how to pull this out and put it where we want it.

Thanks !

Check the cabinet on either side. There may be false end that can be removed that would expose screws.

All of my cabinets have false sides and bottoms. This is where Monaco routed a lot of wiring etc.

From manual I found online
1. To remove the unit from its mounting first remove the Carafe. Slide your hand under the Coffeemaker to support the unit. Push up at the bottom rear to release the unit and slide it forward on its Track Guides.
2. To replace the unit in its mounting, slide the Coffeemaker along its Track Guides all the way back until it*locks into place.
