Can't remove a/c covers - '02 Tiffin Phaeton

I want to remove the covers on my rooftop air conditioner covers so that I can check for leaks, but they don't seem to be big enough at the bottom to slip over the unit. They are made by RV Products on a '02 Tiffin Phaeton. Anyone else have this brand of a/c?

Did you install them or did it come with them on?

These are the hard plastic covers that came on the units from the factory. Maybe Tiffin can give me some help on it. Thanks.

Are they the low profile units with the fan on top? If so, you have to pull the center of the shroud on the bottom, it will flex out to clear the condensor coil. Continue to tilt it up & forward & remove it from the "lip" in the front.
