02 Monaco Signature - Both captain seats have a pneumatic system that is suppose to inflate and deflate 8 air bladders embedded within the cushions. They are both inop. All other features work great. The fuse is not blown and power is getting to the system. I found the identification tag and called the original mftr, Kustom Fit Seating, which is now Villa Intl. Their tech dept told me they haven't supported this pneumatic system since 2003. Tell me it ain't so!
We have removed the major components of each seat and tested them as best we can. Both switches are OK, 1 pump is OK, both wiring harnesses are ok, and plumbing is OK. But, there is a curcuit board with a lot of micro processors, etc we don't have a schematic for and can't test. We think the curcuit boards is where the problems lie.
I've googled wo/any luck.
I have not called Monaco yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
