I have no experience with this company but do remember seeing a thread on this forum with not very good comments about them. Try a forum search for Shop4seats and you will find lots to read, some good some bad.

I looked at them but decided to order new skins for my flexsteel captain chairs. It was less than half the cost for ultra leather fabric skins. Waiting for them to arrive now.

I looked at them for my recliners, but Bradd & Hall had excellent prices and they were much more responsive to my inquiries.

I also found my replacements at Bradd and Hall. Quick phone call and three days later they arrived at the house. Sold the originals on Craig's List in a couple of hours for $100.

If I were in the market for new chairs, I would need to set in the chairs before I would even consider buying them. That would mean online shopping only, then I would know where to go try some out.

Yes they are. Were a close out so the price was pretty good for a Flexsteel seats . Was suppose to go in a Jayco Seneca but I guess they made more seats then rigs. Here's what got replaced -

why would you need a suspension seat? Doesn't the coach ride smooth enough?

Shop4seats has pretty good prices and a lot of options. Haven't heard or read much in the way of negative comments about them. If your budget is limited then they are a good place to start. Bradd and Hall are a bit higher in cost but you'll be looking at Flexsteel products priced under what an RV Service Center will demand. Reskinning, if possible, is also a good option.

Don't forget looking into a local re-upholstering. Doing a custom recovering will greatly expand your material, color and cushion type and shape selection. Cost can be high approaching what new seats will run you but you'll probably get a better quality product than something mass produced.

Final option I can think of is buying used but considering the wear and tear seats get I would be hesitant to buy sight unseen.
