Carefree Slideout Kover II SOK II End Caps
Hi y'all. I'm in the UK and can't find anywhere on line to purchase some Carefree Slideout Kover II SOK II End Caps for my Safari Cheetah 38PDQ RV. Anyone got any advise where I can order from please?

Try Shade Pro for some help.

Maybe they can help. Otherwise, you may have to check RV salvage yards like Colaw in Missouri.

IDK part that but this might be 3D printer file. Thingverse now has 100 times more RV part files than a few years ago.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4933180
Doesn't come up I searched carefree it was 4-5 down page
IDK what material or would be best to print as. There a few 3D printing guys on here that may point you in right direction or if best to paint some parts for outdoors.

I've had to replace several times (wind damage). The most reliable source I've found is Stonevos.com.
Chris and Ingrid are great resources for anything to do with our awning. As well Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable on slides.

Thanks all for your advice. The ones I have managed to price seem ridiculously expensive so I have asked a friend of mine if he could 3D print. He thinks he can and I've given him one to copy. He does this as a side-line and works from home so dos not have a suitable scanner but still thinks it should not be a problem. I'll let you know the outcome.

Was the thingverse 3d file the right one . I couldn't share link right to it but was on page. The file had only one view but I think with software it can be viewed 360.

Age of your awning ?
All depends on the age of your awning, mine is 15 years and the cover is somewhere in Colorado. Found the guy that purchased the old molds from CareFree in Florida. But the motor cover mold has broken and cannot be repaired. Sorry

Thanks 153stars. I've sent the link to my friend and am waiting for his response. I think the download will be just what he needs but, not knowing anything much about 3D printing, I'll wait for his call. It does seem quite amazing what can be 3D printed these days.
And the Rv is a 2005 model, so about the same age Tahoetom

On my 2004 coach I broke and replaced an end cap. According to Carefree, they sold their old parts inventory of SOKII items to:
Under the Sun (in Florida)
813-956-6827
One cap cost me $34 plus another $15 for shipping.

Problem resolved
Happy New Year everyone.
Just further to my issue with the end caps; my friend did 3D print them and they are perfect. He used the thingverse file (many thanks 153stars) so I am very pleased to get this issue resolved relatively simply. And as a friend, he wouldn't take any payment for doing it so I'm not sure how much they should normally be but he assures me, not a lot!
Thanks all for your help and advise.

Sure beats $60-70 a pair. I know RV stuff costs just have getting gouged for little tid bits. Worse is is the search until you know the secret term for the thingamajig.

I need a left end cap for my awning. I have only found one, on Ebay, for $125. Would your friend like to make a few more for me? Happy to pay them a fair price. Thanks for any help.

Tiger Tiger & Vanmoose: I'm in the same predicament and would be very interested to see what you've learned about an individual willing to 3D print theseend caps for a SOK II. Thanks
