Carrier Airv Remote

I have a 2004 Class A Daybreak 327 with the carrier Airv RV Remote. The heat really works well with the remote, but I set it to 68 and it will not turn off the furnace, I have to turn off the remote to stop the furnace. It will just keep on running past 68, I have an inside thermometer and it has gotten to 80. I have new batteries in the remote.

When you changed batteries did you reset the remote?

I will try that tomorrow and let you know. I took the cover off the AC unit and cleaned everything including the sensor glass.

Welcome to the forum!!

I'm not familiar with that system, but have you tried the troubleshooting section of the owners manual?

I'm not familiar with that system but noticed you are kinda new on IRV2 and wanted to say hello! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

After I cleaned all the sensors, I left the AC covers off for awhile, after reinstalling the AC covers the remote now works perfect. Thanks for everyone's help.
