Cat won’t start
I have a 2005 Beaver Monterey, I replaced chassis battery’s and accidentally connected up as 24/v , changed out all fuses I could find( lots ) everything works, Motor spins over great, but won’t fire, hooked up to ecm showed no codes checked pins 52/53 for constant power, all good, checked pin 70 power is present from ignition, still no start, tried a ecm test plug with power to constant ecm and and power to ignition, motor started fine plugged to harness back in no start :(
Any thoughts from anyone?

If yours is the 36' model Ventura IV, we have 'sisterships.' I will be watching the responses to your post. Bummer. I hope you get it solved quickly.

We had a no start on our Cat 3126B and it turned out to be the oil pressure sensor. It won't start unless sufficient oil pressure is present. Did your test harness bypass that sensor?
By the way, your engine doesn't have glow plugs, it has an intake air heater so don't be tempted to use starting fluid.

Did you step on it's tail? That usually gets my cat started.

05 Monterey has the CAT C9 engine.
Check the other Pins for power as shown in the table attached.
What is this "ECM test Plug"? Where did you get that?
