Just ordered 20ft of "side bulb door seal" on amazon for $13. Will report how that goes.

Good find and I'm also hoping it solves the issue!

And, we all appreciate when the OP posts the final outcome/solution. That way others can learn from the thread.

Think this was it!

Partially hidden under the seal was this corroded screw and dirty seal. Was able to get new screws and neoprene seals at home depot. Think this was the source of the water intrusion!

Something like that can certainly let water in. Meanwhile, let's hope your new seals (when they show up) will make that basement storage "bulletproof" when it comes to water!

New door seal did not fix the leak. I'm thinking that not being parked level could have something to do with the leak.

Well i figured out where the leak was coming from. i waited until there was a rain storm to find where the water was moving. I saw water flowing up behind the interior base plate of the cargo bay in the corner just below the awning arm. I watched the water flow off the end of the rolled up awning and down the side of the RV in a heavy flow. I noticed 2 screws at the bottom of the awning arm base going into the side of the RV with old caulk. That's where the water was coming in from. Im planning on laying some butyl tape under the screws then caulking the seams around the arm mount.
